I paid for 10 units of botox and a filler valued at over 750 dollars 2 years ago and now they will only honor 350 dollars of it! Does this seem fair to anyone?? It's still a 750 credit of cash money I paid them. What kind of place treates people this way?
Let me just say that Nicole, Dr. Tieche, and staff are amazing. They actually listen to your concerns and work to figure out what is going on with you. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you guys! 🥰
The best! Nicole is very friendly and welcoming in the lobby. Heather has been super helpful and easy to talk to. It’s really nice to be treated like a friend. Customer service has definitely declined in our world, but not here!! Appreciate y’all!
I've been going to RC for awhile now and the services and staff are amazing. Nicole, Kelly and Brandon are Best in class. They make sure feel welcomed and always make sure you are treated like a VIP. Don't waste your time going to other clinics where they treat you like a number.
