Dr. Frenn has been working with me along with the rest of the team for my heavy periods. She has gone through all my options and has been extremely thorough answers all my question and is simply amazing. I feel very cared for and listened to. She’s been awesome and I respect that so much. I’m on the younger side so she really wanted me to understand all my options. I will never go to another doctor as long as she’s available.
Simply amazing and probably one of the most personable doctors around. Can't say enough about Dr. Frenn! Wish more doctors had her personality and care of patients. She takes the time to get to know her patients and tries to pinpoint exactly what is wrong. Highly recommended!
I seen Dr. Frenn for a few years and she really has no bedside manner. She performed a cervical biopsy in which she stated it would be just a pinch. It was the most painful thing I've ever had (and I gave birth twice). She also did not, nor any other staff member, tell me I would be bleeding right after. No one came in to check on me either. Fortunately, I had a pad with me. I went home and cried. Please see someone else. Look at reviews online. I wish I had.
Dr. Frenn has one of the worst bedside manners I have ever come across. I have been going to Loyola since the age of 12 and she is the first doctor I have ever requested not to see again. I had a miscarriage and the lack of compassion I recieved from her was disgusting. Instead she sat me in a room alone, after confirming the miscarriage, while she conducted a fetal heartbeat for a patient next door. The walls are thin and I heard it all. My wife and I visited Dr. Frenn and had a horrible experience. The doctor was so rude and unprofessional, that my wife was on the verge of crying when she left the office. Dr. Frenn did not seem to care about wether or not my wife was comfortable or had any questions. All Dr. Frenn seemed to want was get rid of my wife as quickly as possible. She had terrible bedside manner and seemed as though she was annoyed I came in for a check up. Not sure if this was due to something going on in her life right now, or just the COVID-19 regulations, but she was not nice to me at all. If she didn’t want me coming in, she could have called and rescheduled me for a later date. She needs to work on being more caring and compassionate. She made me feel like a bother to her.
