Tom and RecNation folks were VERY helpful as always. Great followup service and ease of communication.
This company took over my old storage company. It was a painless transition and they worked with us a 100% of the way. We've had to call them twice with no fault of their own and they were always very communicative and accommodating to our needs. Definite 5 stars for them
I have been with them since 2018 ! I have never once had a issue with billing , property security or anything. I would ONLY lease here ever …. Harley in customer service is BEYOND helpful and caring. I wish I could give 10 stars … thank you 😊

These people locked me out of my unit despite all rent made on time. My husband is a truck driver and is not home often enought to move things into storage. Sunday (5/14) he was able to load some things up and take them to the unit. I have not see the unit in a WHILE, but faithfully pay my bill every month. He gets there and he is locked out of the unit. I cannot reach anyone on Sunday, then they come unlock it on Monday. He went to work Sunday night. It will be months before I can get back to the unit and rather than... read more
