RecommendedWe had a pipe burst during the ice storm last year. We had just bought our house and were still traveling back to our old house out of town frequently. Marvin was so easy to work with! Showed up quickly and got to work. He worked directly with my insurance company and provided frequent updates. He returned my calls promptly. In a very stressful time in my life Marvin and his team were easy to work with, which I was so grateful for!
My in laws house had a fire that damaged the living room/fire place 8 months ago. These people have been paid by insurance all but 1/3 of their money and they have YET to complete their house. My in laws are almost 80 years old and can barely get around and are still not able to get back into their home. The man will not answer phone calls nor return messages left. I will never recommend their business to another soul!
