My experience with Recovia was excellent. I have had physical therapy in the past, but have never had any behavioral therapy. Truthfully, I never felt that I needed that type of therapy, but boy was I wrong. I learned very effective coping skills to deal with my overwhelming stress and pain. The staff at Recovia all have positive, welcoming attitudes and the stress-free environment helped me learn how to help myself. So glad I found this place. I was in a tough spot and Recovia helped me tremendously. Their program consists of many different beneficial outpatient sessions including physical therapy, integrated group therapy, one on one counseling, and medical/medication treatment. The staff there are all awesome and professional. They really care about your well being and give you the tools you need to heal and grow. Fantastic friendly fun staff at the Grant Rd location! Recovia uses a physical therapy, exercise, diaphragmatic breathing, diet education, and mental health holistic approach. They even have a patient advocate, with an open door policy, to help ensure a remarkable Recovia experience!

Recovia has changed my life. They have taught me skills that I didn’t know before and I’m able to utilize them in my daily life. The staff at the grant location in Tucson are all so sweet. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Recovia for changing my way of thinking!

I balked at therapy for years, thinking it couldn’t help me. My physician pressed me to try Recovia, and I finally relented. What an experience! The program itself takes a holistic approach—yes, it requires a heavy time and energy commitment, but the goal is “whole recovery”: mental, emotional, dietary/health, and physical therapy.
