Don’t listen to the negative reviews you see about Recovia. Recovia, just like anything in life; is all about what you put into it and how hard you work at improving yourself. I struggled pretty bad mentally before coming here. 1 on 1 sessions were the most beneficial to me but everyone might benefit different from something else here. Who's the second time around I've been to this place they have done everything perfectly like they said they would do. They have taught me again the second time how to turn off my nervous system how to take care of my pain without any type of pain medication and this is by far one of the best rehabilitation programs I've ever been through they are holistic they do not put you down they are nothing like any other facility I've ever been to highly recommend and you may seem leary at first. Yet it works
My only complaint about Recovia, is that they are not nationwide! I am moving to the Sacramento California, and there isn't a business like them there. If you're thinking about going there, I can't say enough to encourage people to check it out. It's a great opportunity to better yourself, to learn, and to get help with physical pain. Recovia is the smartest decision I have ever made. The program Has changed my life. And the staff from the moment you walk in there’s nothing but kindness and a positive atmosphere putting you at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Recovia except that everyone should try this program.
