I am so impressed with Recovia. The people are genuinely caring and supportive from the front desk, medical staff, PT to the mental health providers. The group sessions really show you ways to handle whatever issues you are dealing with and the therapist is happy and wants to help and answer any questions you might have. When I landed on Recovias doorstep I didn't have the strength to pull myself up from the gutter. But they did. And they believed I was worth the effort. I owe my new life to the amazing men and women of Recovia Mesa. If you're in the gutter too, or on your way to the gutter, reading this and thinking your not worth it, call them. Reach out. You are worth the effort.
Can't really comment on their services but wish they would be upfront regarding the price of their program. When we inquired, all we got was vague argle-bargle that the cost would be determined during the three hour initial visit. When we asked about the cost of that visit, one could hear the crickets in the background. There is not enough space to fit the amount of gratitude I have for Recovia and the people that work there. Everyone made me feel welcome and heard. It became a place I looked forward to going to and enjoyed meeting and seeing new people. Chosing to feel and heal is a very scary and uncomfortable journey.
