Recovia is an excellent resource in mental health. The process is a little daunting at times but the professionals are excellent.
Recovia really helped me cope with the death of my daughter who fought cancer for over 10 years. I started with their intensive program (virtually) which was, for me, 3 times a week and consisted of individual counseling, physical therapy, and group therapy. It sounds like it is a lot to participate in but it turned out to be exactly what I needed to help me with my grief and help me make it through each day. Recovia has been a lifeline since I was unlawfully terminated of my job of 17 years. It gave me the strength to appeal twice through a very challenging time both mentally and medically health wise.
