I first visited Red Deer EyeCare in 2001. I was recently in to have an eye exam by Dr Stevenson with the ask to HELP me see clearly once more! Indeed first time in 10 years my Rx had changed! So new eye wear for me & I look quite fine in them if I do say so myself! Sharon who has worked there for ever fabricated my new custom eyeglass lenses right in-house. I have recently changed offices for myself and my kids. I am so happy with the decision. Both my kids needed glasses and they were so helpful. They made what started out as “traumatic news” fun for my 7yo and worked with my 11yo on coming up with a happy medium between wearing glasses and contacts. Excellent clinic with exceptional Doctors and a full complement of wonderful staff that helped me out tremendously. Would recommend to everyone. It’s not easy when you start losing vision and it’s great to have such kind and caring support. Love my new glasses.
Been getting my glasses here for a number of years, and have always had great service! The team is professional and helpful, and the dedicated contact specialist is great! She is always there to answer a quesion no matter now dumb I might think it is. When I got new frames this time, the team encouraged me to go with something a little out of my confort zone with style and shape and I have gotten so many compliments!
