Pretty much Everything in my unit was ruined from water damage, rats, and a cockroach infestation. Did an insurance claim and they only gave me $500 for nearly 10 grand worth of furniture. Would definitely recommend staying as far away as possible from this storage place!
Prices keep going up to make it not worth it anymore. Can't wait to get my stuff out and close my account. I've had rats and flood water get in due to improper drainage. I've delt with rats and bugs and have had to treat myself for same. Now, there's nobody working there either so getting service or help is more difficult and time consuming. I spoke with customer service on two separate occasions before making my decision. Both representatives was very friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. I’m very happy with my decision and I highly recommend Red Door Storage.
Everything you want out of a storage facility made easy! Best part was that everything was done online. in about 10 min I had chosen the unit I wanted, read the lease, signed, paid and had my gate code and unit number. Couldn’t be happier
