At the location in Cape Girardeau, Missouri there are a number of issues. Primarily, there are, and have been, a number of people living in the units. In the spring of 2024, under the previous owner, (Red Dot) 4 units caught fire and burned. You can see them from the gate...they are still burned out. These burned out units were a few of many units with people living in them...even AFTER Red Dot management had been notified. The lady at the desk is always cheerful and helpful. Access to unit is 100% perfect. Security. Highly recommended.
The front desk lady is the sweetest, very kind and understanding. She provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable
Storage facility is nice and have been using this location for years. However the rates keep going up and I was unable to access my unit for a few weeks while the place was being repainted/stickered and was still charged for the full month. When I spoke to management on the phone about this I was put on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. Likely going to take my business elsewhere.
