Booked my unit over the phone and the associate made it very easy, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. However, the facility has no hand trucks or dollies for moving your things. They fail to mention that at signup.
The original unit I rented had a chemical spill in it. My gate code doesn’t work and it’s owned out of liberal Boulder CO. There is not a human on site and calls seem to be handled by a foreign based call center. Not worth the money
Claude was very polite and helpful. He definitely made the process to lease the storage unit very simple. He was a pleasure to speak with!
This facility is climate controlled and has spacious inside storage units. The trouble is that the place is dirty and very dusty. This would not be a problem if the units were totally enclosed. They have a wire fence roof, which allows the dust to settle over anything stored in it. There were no trash cans in the place, and a surprising lack of push carts (we only found one after searching the whole 1-story facility). It does not seem like the place is maintained very well. Horrible! I rented a unit, have the signed contract and went to the unit only to find a lock on my unit. No staff on site to deal with this. Contacted Red Dot online and the response was we will just give you another unit, of which who knows if it has a lock on it or not. I requested to meet with the manager and i would have to wait one week for an appointment. Unacceptable and still not resolved!
