Renting a storage unit here was great. Michelle was very friendly. Check out was easy and check in was a breeze. I didn't get to sweep out my unit, but they did it for me and didn't charge extra. My items were in great condition after being stored a month and their security is great. You get your own pin and can get in any time from 6am to 10pm i believe. If I needed another storage unit I'd definitely use them again.

Our storage manager Michelle in Janesville, WI has really improved this storage facility. I love how she always answers the phone. Instead of getting sent to voice mail or any automated machine. She's right there when you need help with anything.
I've only been a tenant here for a few months but have had nothing but a positive experience! Michelle has been nothing but amazing! She goes above and beyond and was incredibly attentive and helpful when I did have an issue arrise! Couldn't recommend a better storage place!
