This is the WORST company to rent from..if I could give negative star rating I would. Their units leak and it's a long drawn out process to get things resolved and fixed. I have several expensive items that are now ruined! I also paid for the protection...so much for that! Also the chat option while convenient is a waste of time! I love this place was down bad and had no where to go I stayed in mine for a month until I left and would recommend this place for storage over any of the others
I’ve rented here for nearly a year. During that time the facility has been great and the customer service fine. I have dealt with a roof leak in my unit off and on for several months, no damage. After A LOT of back and forth I finally have some resolve. This is a nice, secure facility.
They raised my rent so much over the years, I had to move to a smaller unit. The unit cost 110 to new people but the charge me 194.
