Since it has changed hands it's better. But personally I would put a camera in my unit I've seen some questionable activities. New owners seem to be cleaning it up.
worst place to rent from. they never contact you back, overcharge, & charge for insurance after you have already told them you have insurance. the unit is in 2 names but they only recognize the name WHO DOESNT PAY FOR THE UNIT AS THE CARD IS IN THE 2ND PERSONS NAME & THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE THAT PERSON EVEN THO IT IS THEIR CARD THAT IS PAYING FOR THE UNIT
super terrible ever since it switched from red dot storage i’ve set up auto pay and it never takes the money on the day it says it will which leads to me being charged a late fee over and over this website they use is absolutely ridiculous can’t get things to go right on it like it’s very cheaply made
Had got a unit they have failed on the promise of lock reimbursement and also hard to get solution
Worst customer care/service of any place EVER!! I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason unless u just want to be ignored and screwed over
