Rented a pull through unit for around 9 months. It's an older place but is secure and I never encountered any issues. Had to call customer support and even that was a breeze.
WARRNING! McKinley Avenue!!! Do not use this storage for outside parking!!! They will tell you they have a secure location with gates and 24/7 surveillance. What they don't tell you is that there is a gapping hole in the back fence which allows criminals to enter and ransack your property. Almost every trailer in the back row has their doors forced open and frankly starting to look like a wasteland. The person that set me up with the storage spot was very professional, wish I could remember his name,was from the Jamaica office, very satisfied with the security and cleanliness, pray that doesn't Change. Highly recommend Red Dot Storage to anyone with the needs for such a facility.
The online leasing of the storage was good although a little confusing for towed camper. The issue was whether the serial number, plate number, and insurance information was required since it wasn't necessarily a motor vehicle or boat (and trailer). Tried to do online chat to clarify, but apparently that wasn't functional because they were on Colorado time versus EST. Entry and parking the camper was smooth and uneventful.
