I've been with SROA storage units since before the change of management which has been about 2 years or better and I must say that since changing over to SROA I have gotten to know the property manager Mr. Steven and which turned out to be a really great guy and has been more than nice and welcoming and helpful with anything and anytime at that. Stephen and Kaylin at the Lafayette/Carencro facility are the best. They have been helpful to my wife and I every time we come in. We have made changes and they always do it with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We came in today to make yet another change by getting a larger unit and had us taken care of fast and again with a smile. Units are always clean and well kept. We will continue to do business with them.
