Stephen and Kaylin at the Lafayette/Carencro facility are the best. They have been helpful to my wife and I every time we come in. We have made changes and they always do it with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We came in today to make yet another change by getting a larger unit and had us taken care of fast and again with a smile. Units are always clean and well kept. We will continue to do business with them.
I spent thousands of dollars at this place on rent..my storage buiding got broken into twice..they dont care and u will have tho da a lot to get incurance to give you a fair claim
It was good. Directions were clean. Just the lock wasn’t on the door so I didn’t need the code. But overall it was a positive experience
Good customer service by Mr. Claude. Made the purchasing process easy. He was patient and understanding.
The previous owners were great. The new owners are horrible. No one is working here and it's all automated. They also raised the prices yet have no employees. Gate codes don't work. They force you to buy insurance on top of your rent.
