Very helpful. Answered all of my questions and concerns.
This has been the worst experience. First off, I was misled that it is climate controlled, it is 100% not. Second, my gate code never works and I always have to call for a temporary. Third, the front gate entrance is permanently cracked open so that anyone could walk in. It is not secure. Fourth, customer service on the phone was incredibly rude and Lastly, there was no one on site to address multiple issues.
It was clean and premises we clean. Easy check in. However, the gate was standing open the last three times I visited the unit
Such a great place to store your valuables!! Safe and very well maintained property. I love the staff and the easy access of getting in touch with them should a question arise!!! Always helpful and there is no hidden details in renting a unit with red dot. They are up front, honest and explain everything but then again, not much to explain, its simple renting from red dot storage!! Thank you to all the expert staff for you help in making my move to Montgomery an easy transition! Hope Wallace
I was drawn in by the clause on their webpage, “No dirt, no gravel, and no mud means your things stay dry and clean.” Unfortunately this location features a dirt path that is often flooded, muddy or dusty to gain access to the units. It’s problematic having a classic car that’s seen rain only a handful of times and is immaculately clean. Also the gate seems to be open a lot more than I’d like. Otherwise fine and well lit.
