Great monthly rates, clean and well maintained facility. More importantly a great staff who appreciates you as customer rather than a token with a financial incentive for their own personal gains. One of few businesses that understands what the meaning of customer service represents.
I had this storage for almost two years and never had an issue. I would said it would be nice if all the unites where climate change. The office is very nice and helpful 10/10.
This place is a good location in Woodstock, easy to get in and out, but the sign-on process is a little tricky. Be prepared to buy your own lock at ACE or online because they are always out of their locks in the vending machine there. And it requires a circle master lock. You have to call and get your locker assigned and there is nobody on duty. So that is a little different than some other storage units. After renting here they changed owners. The manager claimed they sent me a notification saying my bill would go up 40%!!! I have NO EMAIL, LETTER, NOTHING reporting they would up my bill 40%! This place is just ridiculous, I suggest you take your business ANYWHERE ELSE!
Michelle was amazing to work with when I rented a space for my Mom. Her customer service was outstanding, she took the time to wxplain everything to us and she was very professional and friendly.
