This place is a good location in Woodstock, easy to get in and out, but the sign-on process is a little tricky. Be prepared to buy your own lock at ACE or online because they are always out of their locks in the vending machine there. And it requires a circle master lock. You have to call and get your locker assigned and there is nobody on duty. So that is a little different than some other storage units. Price is not bad, and you are able to get in 24/7. Which helped after a long trip to Missouri and back to bring back a died relatives belongings and unloading in the middle of the night so we can return the rental truck early
It’s a good storage facility. However, they are constantly raising the price. When I first rented a unit it was $195 (this was 4 years ago). They keep increasing the price yearly. Now they just raised it from $250 to $300!!! Time to go.
The service is great and the unit's nice and clean. the only thing that i was strangle with is that i was trying for the first time and there was no one to show me the unit's to see them before rent them, so i was changing sizes and finding out the perfect for me.
I love that red dot is available 24/7 and that you can pay at the kiosk. They are pretty pricey and if you are late on your payment they lock your unit (understandable) however your unit does not get unlocked as soon as you pay your bill, you have to wait up to 2 or 3 days for it to be unlocked. Another issue is you cannot make a partial payment (say you dont care about the unit being locked and you want to put $100 on your $150 bill, you cant.)
