I love SROA! I've been renting storage there for a couple years now, and they're so great to work with. Very responsive, very affordable, and very safe. I know first hand that they do regularly security checks, and make sure your unit is secure. And they're very hands on and responsive if there ever is an issue. I definitely recommend. I had an amazing experience storing a vehicle! Michelle was super helpful and responsive with questions when arranging paperwork and when a complication arose she was quick to meet me and very kind.
Because my key was lost, I needed to have the lock replaced. The property manager made it possible with a very conveniently scheduled meeting, cheerful and non-judgmental interaction, and an efficient fix.
Michelle was wonderful helping me with the whole process I'm very satisfied .
Michelle was a very nice lady and super sweet. Always find ways to make help others.
