We booked it online process was very easy, Went to look at the unit decided we need are larger unit. They switched me over it was pretty easy process. I had to call them a couple of times for different things. My gate code didn't work, so I called they had me a new gate code in a few minutes. The staff on location was friendly and helpful as well. Prices were good. Glad we chose Red Dot Storage
