Kayla, visiting from Wappinger Falls, was a wonderful hygenist! She was kind and incredibly thorough—my teeth look amazing and have no residual stains left. She also clearly communicated how I should best take care of my teeth to reduce potential bone loss. Kayla carefully reviewed my xrays and pointed out a possible problem area to Dr. Ricciardi, who also has my highest reccomendation. He is extremely personable and never recommends anything that isn't totally necessary!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Smilist Dental, Red Hook, NY. They truly provide top-notch care in every sense of the word. I actually drive 2½ hours just to come to this office—and that alone should say everything about the level of service and trust they’ve built. Unfortunately this place has turned into a corporate environment quickly. I saw Dr. Julila Kusnick and was very disappointed. I have been a long standing patient with the Red Hook office with Dr. Ross for many years. This morning, I had x-rays taken, and then was given dirty glasses to wear for my cleaning that the hygienist would not be doing, and when I asked if there was another pair because they did not appear clean, I was told "they were as clean as she could get them." The thoughtfulness, care and professionalism given by Brittany, the Dental Hygienist, Dr. Ross and the front desk staff is top shelf! I’ve been a patient for 7+ years and visit three times a year for cleaning and a checkup. The entire staff is authentic, joyful and puts me at ease. I highly recommend their practice.
