We had an incredible experience with Red Rhino and resolving the leaks in our pool! They have excellent customer service, clear communication, and take great pains to care for their customers. Max and Shane came out and diagnosed the leaks accurately, and even set up a bucket test over the weekend to demonstrate that they had found everything. They were referred by a new pool service to identify a long standing leak in our pool that was signaled by high water bills. Max showed up exactly on time, spent many hours looking in the pool itself and failing to identify a leak there, came back the next day, also right on time. He then found the leak in a pipe leading from a passive heating system, buried under dirt and sand. Repairs have been scheduled. Superb service.
Very professional, honest technicians! They do fantastic and thorough work. Highly recommend!
