I am so grateful that I ran across Tyler. I've been calling Shreveport/Bossier all around with no luck. This young gentleman is knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to walk me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. My entire setup was a fire hazard, and Tyler was able to rectify my problem at a fair price.
