Rented online, and showed up in person to finalize the rental process with a full load, realized I’d left my ID at home. Rather than sending us away to do an hour round trip to grab it, Rick was very friendly and helped us get into the unit in the short term. We were able to drop everything off and bring the ID back with the second load. That small act of kindness saved us about two hours of our time which is hugely appreciated. Jared was great! Answered all my questions and made the registration process easy. What I appreciate is how he anticipated my need for a U haul and assisted with setting up the reservation too. Great service.

Rick was so great, we went to look at a unit and he was friendly and professional. We told him we would be back in a week because we wanted to shop around. We ended up going back the next day, we felt we would be in good hands.

I've been renting a unit from this location for around half a year and it has been very clean and well stocked. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Their security set up is great and reassuring. Edit: update its been a few years and they have only improved overall. Better security and the staff is still friendly and helpful. The place is still clean and cared for.
