I've had my boots for almost 5 years. Went in looking for no insoles and they took them. Clean them. Put new insoles in them. Replace the shoelaces gave me two different color. New shoelaces to take along with me and I was out in 15 minutes or less. Great service. Great people
Madi got me right! Came in broke as a joke but left with some nice new work boots and new socks LOL! S/o my employer for the voucher 😅 .. she’s a 10/10 though. Highly recommend!

Most painful pair of boots I’ve ever had in my life. Get a pair of redwings once a year. After most recent purchase and a week plus of wearing trying to break in they have left my heels bloody after work. Went today see if they had any suggestions on what would help if it was normal with this style boot. All I got was can we oil and lace them…not try this or that or maybe new insoles will help. With the price of these boots expect a little bit better.
