I would like to recognize Mrs. Tysh for her outstanding customer service and dedication. She went above and beyond to help me locate the status of an important pair of shoes that was purchased in 2021. Despite the purchase's age, she remained patient, professional, and determined to find the information I needed. So great! I was in for the first time to get work boots & was in & out within 10 minutes. Workers were readily available to help & were knowledgeable & helpful. 10/10 would recommend. Always a real pleasure to go in and shop for new boots or related items. The staff is real knowledgeable and respectful which is a rare thing in today's world. I highly recommend Red Wing Shoes for their comfort and durability and the lifetime service program is a bonus.
They never have anything in stock. Especially if you need black boots. "We can order it", we'll so can I. The reason I go to physical locations is to not have to order it online. They have great service though. They go above and beyond the average shoe store.
Wonderful customer service!! My husband has purchased his work boots from Red Wings for the past 20 years or so. He had to special order his boots this go around and we had a issue with shipping. The manager Dee was so kind and helpful, she handled the problem quickly.
