LOVE redbin!! They delivered bins right in front of my door whenever I wanted. I took my time to pack the bins and they picked them all up whenever I want. They were always on time, very careful with my stuff, and very nice. All my stuff came back in pristine condition. Great prices too. Avoid at all costs. I used the service in May for 3 weeks, so was charged a month. That should have been it. The service itself was ok. Delivery and pick up of the boxes was both late by an hour. 2 Stars. I just found out they charged me for August and September. Called them 3 times and whatever extension you try, it will just ask you to leave a voicemail. It is impossible to talk to a person. I also never got any emails from them. only texts, which is strange.
The team did a great job over the course of our two day move. They were extremely professional and courteous and incredibly neat. I would highly recommend Roadway if you are contemplating a move
