I recently had a root canal done at Redford Smiles, and the experience was honestly amazing. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The procedure took about an hour and a half, and to my surprise, there was no pain at all. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares and delivers top-notch work, I highly recommend Redford Smiles!
Redford Smiles is the best dental office I have ever used. From the reception staff to their dental assistants, they are welcoming, kind, and always greet me in a good mood. Dr. Redford is the most professional and patient dentist. He listens to everything I have to say and considers my every concern. Redford Smiles is the only dental office I look forward to visiting. Highly recommend!
This was my first appointment and I will say that everyone was extremely nice the girls at the reception were quick and I got in fast. The guy that took my x-rays and pictures was very polite and nice The hygienist was great too and then the dentist came over and introduced himself. He was very nice. I haven’t had any work done yet so I think we should just say to be continued so far so good.
Dr. Redford has been my dentist since he took over the practice on Scripps Drive. I have always had a good experience. However, not on my last appointment. The office person that checked me in and I had miss understanding on the type of cleaning I was to have. She informed me that I was having a deep cleaning, not a regular cleaning that my Dental Plan covers. She said she would cancel this appointment. I have been going to this place since before Dr. Redford purchased the office. The staff are amazing and you can tell they are happy to be there. Dr. Redford is awesome! He’s friendly, down to earth, and always smiling! The detail that he has put into his office is also great! He even had professional photos taken of his staff, and they run along the main wall of the office for everyone to see! You can just genuinely tell he appreciates his staff.
