I recently had a root canal done at Redford Smiles, and the experience was honestly amazing. The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The procedure took about an hour and a half, and to my surprise, there was no pain at all. Redford Smiles is the best dental office I have ever used. From the reception staff to their dental assistants, they are welcoming, kind, and always greet me in a good mood. Dr. Redford is the most professional and patient dentist. He listens to everything I have to say and considers my every concern. Redford Smiles is the only dental office I look forward to visiting. Doctor has a very great staff, professional, smiling and great to work with. Doctor Redford is fantastic, asked what I wanted to take care of first. Secondly what my goals for long term. I could tell he is the dentist I’ve been searching for!!
This was my first appointment and I will say that everyone was extremely nice the girls at the reception were quick and I got in fast. The guy that took my x-rays and pictures was very polite and nice The hygienist was great too and then the dentist came over and introduced himself. He was very nice. I haven’t had any work done yet so I think we should just say to be continued so far so good.
Staff was very professional. They seemed very nice. Have been nervous about going to the dentist for years, but they made me so comfortable that I'm looking forward to getting work done with them.
