This was my first appointment and I will say that everyone was extremely nice the girls at the reception were quick and I got in fast. The guy that took my x-rays and pictures was very polite and nice The hygienist was great too and then the dentist came over and introduced himself. He was very nice. I haven’t had any work done yet so I think we should just say to be continued so far so good.
I have been going to this place since before Dr. Redford purchased the office. The staff are amazing and you can tell they are happy to be there. Dr. Redford is awesome! He’s friendly, down to earth, and always smiling! The detail that he has put into his office is also great! My first time visiting Dr. Redford but he, and all his staff were great! Very friendly and informative. Completed a very comprehensive examination of my teeth and told me what was necessary, and recommended. He noticed a few things I didn't know about and explained showing me photos and xrays. He is a preferred provider with both of my dental plans too so I feel like I hit the jackpot!
Dr Mark Redford is one of the very best dentists I’ve ever seen. Even better is Emma his Office Manager and the entire admin team. From hello to goodbye I have experienced high touch, engaged, empathetic and highly educated front office employees. I adore my hygienist Julie and again the clinical excellence I’ve experienced from Dr Redford is simply AAA+. I’m so grateful to call this practice my dental home.
The entire staff was welcoming to my mother during her very first appointment with Dr. Redford. Dr Redford was also cordial and professional. Everyone took the time to explain the process and also the results of my mom's films and examination. The office seem very organized also. We left the office with a very good first impression.
