i am 64 years old, i have been insured by most all major insurance providers in my lifetime. redirect is by far the best, easiest and cost effective insurance i have ever had in my life. i pay out of pocket for this insurance and it worth every penny. i have referred everyone i know to this company. they handle everything for you. they communicate well everytime i need use them. everyone is very helpful and friendly. i am sad i am going on medicare in a few months. thank you for the great service.
Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing. Compassionate and comforting. They moved extremely fast to get my referrals and everything not only pushed through, but also scheduled. Dr Hug and Dr R are who I've dealt with primary and both have been exceptional. It makes a HUGE difference when your going through some serious medical stuff.
I would definitely have to give Redirect 5 stars. Everyone I interacted with was awesome. Listened to me with great concern and when I say prompt and on top of all medical needs. I appreciate you all and I know I’m in good hands with Redirect.
Redirect was quick to respond to my medical need when traveling in another State. They helped find me a pharmacy close by as well and sent over a good R/X coupon. Very grateful.
The reason for my 3 star rating is because I entered 1 digit of my phone number wrong on my 24/7 request for a doctor's appointment. The provider made 3 attempts to contact me and stopped. Had i not called back myself, I wonder if I would still be waiting for a call back (now a day later). As my Healthcare provider, I would have expected them to have my phone # on file.
