It has some nice perks they can typically schedule you with a nurse practitioner the same day which can prescribe medication and they can call it in to your local pharmacy immediately. But sometimes things fall through the cracks especially when it comes to setting appointments with in office visits. You just have to call them again and remind them. But overall I want to say it's a good experience.
Everyone I've dealt with has been amazing. Compassionate and comforting. They moved extremely fast to get my referrals and everything not only pushed through, but also scheduled. Dr Hug and Dr R are who I've dealt with primary and both have been exceptional. It makes a HUGE difference when your going through some serious medical stuff.
I love the services that Redirect provides. The tele-visits are free and we have utilized them several times! You have to remember to call ahead for in-person visits. Not convenient for the emergency cases, but easy enough for all else. The co-pays are reasonable!
I recently switched to Redirect Health and have been very pleased with the amount of care and communication I’ve received from them. The fact they are there to help 24/7 is a huge benefit. Each person I’ve spoken to about questions are super helpful and very nice. Even the app on the phone is amazing. Having this insurance has really helped me prioritize my resources in finding good care.
