Redline provides an excellent atmosphere for athletes of all ages to thrive. Coach Joshua’s knowledge paired with his clear communication made it easy for me to understand ways to improve movements. The owner Joey is always present greeting+forming friendships with clients. Overall great experience. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Get coaches who really work with my son. They are motivated to help my son with training. I really love this place because the staff are so polite and friendly.
I’ve been around Olympic amateur Athletics my entire life in addition to collegiate athletic and therefore know proper strength and conditioning coaching when I see it. Redline is the best thing we have encountered for our son! There aren't words enough to convey our appreciation of the owners, staff, and the whole Redline Weston experience. The owners are very welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely care about all the kids and make them feel like family. The staff is professional, thorough, and helpful to each child. My 15 year old son loves it there! The program is crafted for fun and learning at the same time. The coaches are great as well. The owner Joe was very thorough when he first joined, answering all my questions and explaining the the system of training completely. My son has developed stamina and confidence by being a member! A win win experience!
