My family and I used Redmond Mini Storage for almost 10 years. Not one problem - everything was managed very well, and we all felt that our items were very safe and secure. The senior manager Victor is very kind and takes care of everything. I can't recommend this storage facility enough! Great location and price too for the Eastside.
No need to hesitate to rent a storage unit from Redmond Mini Storage. I rented my first unit there over 20 yrs ago. The last several years I have had a few units there. The Senior Manager Victor does an exceptionally good job managing the place. Victor is highly knowledgeable, very professional, kind, genuine and informative. Rented 2 storage units here for about 2 years before moving out of Redmond. The staff were very helpful and patient with any issue I had from my end and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. Will definitely miss renting here
Reasonable price, the facility is clean . I find Victor to be a friendly guy that would want to help the customer and offer the best price possible . It’s been three years I am storing my belongings here, every thing is safe here and I am a very happy customer. Washington being a rainy place I thought moisture would damage my things and in the last 3 years I haven’t seen any issue. I really like everything about this storage facility.
Trying to rent a unit on-line was difficult, finally was successful, i bought insurance through the facility, they want me to bring proof of insurance anyway. They sent me the insurance - LOL. I sent them a copy of my DL. Still not sure what they want.
