We just got the unit this week and everything looks great. We don't have to worry about leaks or anyone breaking in. Thank you guys and keep up the good work lol
Units are continuously being broken into and there has been little to nothing done about it.
So I try to access my storage unit after a vehicle swap this morning to be greeted with a “Currently Closed” message on the entry gate. Redmond Road Storage has not sent out any type of notice that the facility would be closing. There was already somebody in the facility when I pulled up to the gate. I’ve attempted to call them and nobody answers. This facility has the worse communication with the clients. This is the second time this has happened to me and really makes me mad.
