Have had a heloc 2nd for years with these guys and they are fantastic! I needed some important info I couldn’t get on the 1800 number got the run around but Jessica in this branch went the extra mile for me and was compassionate and understanding and directed me to the department I needed even called them ahead of time so I didn’t have to! Thank you medical Center Parkway for hiring Jessica and going extra mile!
Extremely dishonest credit union. Told me I had to open a checking account and savings accounts to receive their Visa Signature card. I open both checking and savings in branch but am cheated out of the $30 bonus for signing up for email bank statements. After I open the accounts they refuse to allow me to apply for their Visa Signature card claiming it is restricted to residents of the local area. My credit score is 811. I have banked with Redstone for many years (6years) I have and had auto loans, checking, savings, credit cards. I even used to work with them on the dealership side of things. I am officially done with Redstone. Which makes me so sad to say. I recently switched auto insurance companies and I unknowingly had a few hours lapse in coverage. I'm shocked to see all the poor ratings located on medical center Parkway in Murfreesboro. I had a very smooth transaction today with Heather. I had already done my research and knew what service I needed from Redstone so my needs were pretty much met. I liked the ability to handle my banking needs quick. I did seem hesitant when I speculated there were no live tellers but I am aware that technology has replaced alot of in person settings. It has its advantages.
