Came in for our appointment at 7:30, the lobby was crowed with other parents waiting around. 2 other family came and said they both had appointments at 7:30. Waiting for 30 minutes and was still waiting in there tiny lobby that was still crowed, we eventually left as my child was hanging around on the floor while we where waiting. All 4 waiting chairs were occupied. Looks like they only have 5 rooms to operated in. Very poorly manage that’s for sure.
