Un-necessary treatment plan for Mom and daughter. POSITIVE experience with Hygienist- Jennifer For receding gum at one tooth in lower front - Invisalign recommended. A 2nd opinion confirmed that Invisalign was not required. My Daughter was advised she had a cavity and after going to a different Dentist it was confirmed she did not have a cavity. Please note: Our family was well pleased with hygienest- Jennifer. With her it was always a professional, positive experience!!

Service st welcoming desk Very poor attitude. Seem more interested in telling me what the charges were before cleaning than welcoming a new customer. I was not happy feeling part of assembly line service

First I felt like I was an inconvenience. My questions about my teeth were answered with annoyance. They reviewed and almost started drilling on the wrong side of my mouth until I corrected them that the x-rays were taken on the other side. As they filled my cavity they discussed the dentist's recent vacation to Las Vegas which I found unprofessional. Then he must have drilled too deep because I was in aching pain for 2 days. Very surprised to find technicians and doctor who listened to my concerns and treated me like a person. I have had sasquite a few medical mishaps in the past 2 years from doctors who failed to really observe my condition. I have a constant fear of running into that while seeking treatment to repair the damage that was done. I think they eased my fear a bit.

I been coming here for more than ten years and I loved Dr Prasher that was there before and the old staff they were more pleasant. Also before my service I was always given a break down of cost for my services that way I knew what I was paying before hand, but yesterday I only came in for a cleaning which I was quoted over the phone $106+ $59 for total service. Once my cleaning was done I was told I had to pay $275 in which that was not the price I was quoted before I came in. I asked why so much and the receptionist stated ... read more

Hygenist & Dentist were very professional & accommodating. Billing practices however, leave much to be desired. There is definitely a lack of accountability & no timely/accurate reconciliation of payments & charges.

I had my front teeth for crowns. Temporaries fell off that night went the next day fell of again. Teeth are very sensitive due to no enamel Don't recommend this facility for making your smile great
