My dogs and I were in crisis and these folks came through when my regular vet (haw creek animal hospital) wanted to charge me three times as much just to examine them. Although I couldn't all of the suggested treatment, I am coming back to complete it and sending my family and friends their way. Maddie and Simba are now resting peacefully ❤️
East Asheville Family Vet is great! Dr. Bertelli is wonderful with my 18 yr. old girls and takes her time with each one of them. She actually gets down on the floor at their level to treat them. She is such a loving and caring doctor. I am so thankful for her. All the staff are very nice. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Bertelli is excellent, and so is the staff! Couldn't be happier with her kindness, knowledge and understanding. Daphne loves going and I appreciate the care she has been given.
I have very mixed feelings about this vet office. Most of my experience was good. The vet herself is awesome. She's very well informed and very helpful. Her bedside manner is excellent. The ladies at reception are very warm and welcoming, and they got me in the same day. It was a pleasure working with them. However, the vet tech is, quite frankly, awful. Dr Hawkins, Dr Bertelli and the entire staff at East Asheville Family Vet are amazing! They have gone above and beyond for me and my animals to ensure they have the best care possible. I am so happy to have found this clinic and appreciate all of the love that they have given to my babies!
