I just want to say how grateful I am that Dr. Hawkins and team were able to do emergency surgery for my dog, Mimi, while I was traveling and found myself needing immediate veterinary care. They were compassionate, caring, and competent. I would confidently use this veterinary clinic for my pets in Asheville. The veterinarian was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything and give me peace of mind. Thank you for the exceptional care.
My dogs and I were in crisis and these folks came through when my regular vet (haw creek animal hospital) wanted to charge me three times as much just to examine them. Although I couldn't all of the suggested treatment, I am coming back to complete it and sending my family and friends their way. Maddie and Simba are now resting peacefully ❤️
East Asheville Family Vet is great! Dr. Bertelli is wonderful with my 18 yr. old girls and takes her time with each one of them. She actually gets down on the floor at their level to treat them. She is such a loving and caring doctor. I am so thankful for her. All the staff are very nice. I highly recommend them to everyone.
A vet clinic where you actually get to sit down with the vet and have a conversation where the vet actually listen to you. You are not rush out of the room or dismissed like others. Both vets are fantastic and every staff member caring, compassionate and helpful. We are clients for life!!!!
