I have lived in my unit in Sacramento since 2017. Redwood Property Investors purchased the property in 2022. Joe came out looked around and spoke with the tenants to find out what their issues were and he listened. The roofing, exterior paint, light fixtures, property cameras and the entry gate, and fencing were all repaired and/or replaced. I have lived in my unit since 2017 and have a solid on time payment history. When Redwood purchased my property in 2022. They made all necessary repairs, painted and got rid of all of the terrible tenants. I was not only happy but grateful. Jennifer, Big Joe and all the Maintenence guys are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My 1 star review is solely because of Sonia Jacobs. This property management is shady. Kicking out someone who was just a month behind in rent . She had a child and all .what a shitty property management.
