We always have an excellent experience at Refresh Dental. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, and I always leave feeling happy and well taken care of. We tried a different clinic once, but the overall service just wasn’t the same. The front desk attendant is especially wonderful, very nice and even funny, which makes every visit more enjoyable.
Avoid Refresh Dental – Dishonest about CDCP Stay away from this clinic. They told me my exam was covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), but two months later, they forced me to pay the balance out of pocket. I’ve since switched to a reputable dentist who is much more professional and fully covered the same exam through CDCP without any issues. Refresh Dental’s billing is misleading and their service is subpar. Save your money and go elsewhere!
I had this huge tooth ache behind my gums and as much as I hated going to dentists I had to go get it checked out and I am so glad I did. I have spent a lot of money with this clinic recently and had ongoing treatment here for years now. However, this clinic has noticeably taken a nose dive downwards. This is evident by the high staff turnover. I raised the question of why I was being billed for 2 1/2 units of scaling when I was only on the chair for 15 mins of scaling. I was given no other option than to overpay the requested invoice.
