I had a fantastic first appointment today. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. Shelby, my dental hygienist, was also super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of great advice and answered all of my questions. Dr. Moore was very thorough in explaining a new diagnosis, and made sure I was comfortable with recommended follow up instructions. I will highly recommend this dental practice to anyone! Wonderful experience!
one of the best experiences at a dentist ever! Every single staff member was friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable! The whole space was sparkling clean- lobby, desk, exam area. My dental hygienist was so helpful and shared new information about my overall oral health- shout out to Shelby! You are an icon! Dr. Moor was very kind and asked great questions, as it was my first time in the space. So happy these people exist- this was a great experience!
Dr. Fields and team go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable. I had a mini panic attack before a procedure, and Dr. Fields and Mandy were very patient. They talked me through it, and we were able to finish. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a kind and compassionate team.
One of my best dentist experiences ever! At my new patient appointment: - Everyone I could see wore an N95 mask. - Both my hygienist and the dentist who examined me were extremely professional and friendly, and it never felt like they were rushing through my appointment. - The cleaning and examination were extremely thorough. My teeth have never felt cleaner! - The office itself is clean and comfortable and feels very modern/recently renovated. I'm looking forward to being a patient here.
I hate the dentist, a lot of people do, but the staff at this office really paid attention to my notes on my intake form about my anxieties ant the dentist, and they did amazing handling me. I didn’t realize how well they did until I was driving home and thinking about how smoothly it went, which the dentist never usually goes.
