Very clean office. Extremely friendly, polite and comforting staff. Great personalities keep you at ease when anxious. Shelby, made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout it all. The dentist was wonderful as well. Both had great info to share.
I took my 11yo to Refresh after we had a bad experience with another practice. My child has some sensory issues and has had difficulty with cleanings and basic dental care in the past. The staff was so kind and gentle with my child, who had to have some baby teeth extracted. The procedure was quick and painless, and the staff made my child feel safe and explained everything well. It was wonderful to find Shelby again. She is as good a hygienist as I have ever had. And Dr. Fields was lovely to meet and took a careful look at my x-rays and teeth. Since the visit, my teeth have felt clean again as they never quite did during the months since our dentist Dr. Shim died and his practice closed. Refresh Valley feels like home already.
I went and had Shelby C. as my hygienist. She is absolutely amazing!! She is compassionate, straight forward, understanding, and can use humor thoughtfully to make you feel at ease and cared for. I am generally nervous at the dentists and she made the experience so great. She consistently checked in with me, paused when needed, and was attuned to any sensitivity I was experiencing. 10/10 would recommend working with her! Also, the folk at the front desk are very kind, personable, understanding and caring.
We came here with a dental emergency when we couldn’t get to our regular dentist. The staff was so gentle and caring, and made the experience as easy as possible for my son. The office itself was very clean and modern and comfortable. I’m very happy with the service we received.
