I have had dental anxiety for years but this team made my wisdom tooth extraction a truly positive experience. So patient, gentle and kind- highly recommend!! I had a weighted blanket, a stress “orange”, and a TV above to help relax me. Oh and even a warm towel at the end. 🩷
I have to say that Refresh Valley Dental saved my smile after Invisalign treatment at another clinic. I thought my teeth were beyond repair because they were even more crooked than before, but Dr. Jennifer Moor addressed my needs, listened to me, and did an excellent job. Fantastic office with terrific office members, assistants and providers! Was very VERY anxious to get my impacted wisdom teeth extracted but Dr.Aurora/Mandy (DA) did a fantastic (PAINLESS) job all while being awake!! I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire procedure!
Went to my first appointment at Refresh this week and they were absolutely amazing! I deal with severe anxiety when it comes to dental visits and they set me at ease within minutes. Everyone there was caring, respectful and they ACTUALLY listen. I have some pretty complex work that needs to be done but I put my full trust in Dr. Aurora and the hygienist that was working with me, Ashley. Thank you!
Update: This practice did process a refund for my exam without me having to follow up further. I came in to this practice yesterday as a new patient, drawn by the emphasis on a low-stress environment and the large number of reviews praising their ability to work with stressed dental patients. However, my experience there increased my stress tenfold. To start, the tuned-out, unfriendly receptionist informed me there might not be time for a cleaning as part of my new patient exam.
