One of my best dentist experiences ever! At my new patient appointment: - Everyone I could see wore an N95 mask. - Both my hygienist and the dentist who examined me were extremely professional and friendly, and it never felt like they were rushing through my appointment. - The cleaning and examination were extremely thorough. My teeth have never felt cleaner! - The office itself is clean and comfortable and feels very modern/recently renovated. I'm looking forward to being a patient here.
This was my first dental appointment in over 10 years and I was very nervous. I was put at ease as soon as I entered the office. The receptionist was very friendly, the office was so warm and inviting, clean, bright, comfortable. And my hygienist, Samantha, was so friendly and professional. She explained everything so clearly and really put me at ease. The overall experience was excellent, and I am so happy to have been referred to this practice and look forward to a regular dental schedule again!
The team at Refresh Valley is so wonderful. They make me want to go the dentist more often or apply for a job at their office (and I’m not even in the dental field!). They are so thoughtful, organized, caring, and accommodating. They somehow make the experience of going to the dentist enjoyable. I love their practice.
I took my 11yo to Refresh after we had a bad experience with another practice. My child has some sensory issues and has had difficulty with cleanings and basic dental care in the past. The staff was so kind and gentle with my child, who had to have some baby teeth extracted. The procedure was quick and painless, and the staff made my child feel safe and explained everything well. I don't like leaving a bad review but considering what happened when I went there for emergency treatment I think people should know that they don't prioritize getting your tooth fixed promptly so you don't suffer needless pain. I waited a week for my appointment and when they did see me they spent an hour going over my gums and recommending deep cleaning which isn't covered by my dental insurance. I said a few times I'm here for a cracked tooth and they said don't worry the dentist will have a look at it soon. Well sh... read more
