DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My daughter has lived here only 1 month and has RATS!!!! Coming in through the bottom portion of the oven! RATS not mice, eating through everything in her pantry. I pulled out the bottom oven tray and discovered a hole, there was installation and paper like tissue or napkins, that was probably plugged there in the hole. I had the pleasure of taking a tour at regal and the apartment was very spacious clean and smelled fresh!!!! I will definitely be moving here!!!
I had a great experience visiting this apartment community today. The staff was extremely welcoming, informative, and professional from the moment I arrived. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brian, and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the tour. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Excellent customer service makes such a difference, and Brian definitely represented the community well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
I am submitting this review to formally document ongoing and unresolved issues with management, maintenance, safety, and resident treatment at this apartment complex. My refrigerator became inoperable on December 21, 2025, and was not repaired or replaced until January 16, 2026. This left my household without a functioning refrigerator for nearly four weeks, including during the holiday season.
