When we first moved in, the apartment seemed amazing. It’s a newer build, so everything looked clean and modern at first glance. Unfortunately, as the months went on, the quality of living here declined significantly. The biggest ongoing issue is management’s lack of enforcement and follow-through. I’ve been living here for almost a year, and honestly, I cannot recommend this property, especially when you’re paying nearly $3,000 in rent. The property manager rarely takes meaningful action. He sends emails, but problems continue without real solutions. The garbage room is disgusting. People smoke weed directly in front of the entrance and along the side of the building.
