I’ve lived here for 3 years and honestly the only complaints I had is the water being turned off every few days for plumbing issues brick side, neighbors smoking in my hallway with no airflow, instead of going down stairs or outside, and the on call after hours maintenance sometimes wasn’t available. Other than that my stay was good, the office was very good on communication, helpful and friendly. Have been here for a few days and love the place. It's very quiet at night and neighbors are friendly, The staff have been very helpful and AJ has been unbelievably helpful and able to answer any questions we've had. I had read some bad reviews but they were from people who didn't live here so you should disregard those, and as far as roaches, we have rarely seen any, but we have also seen roaches at Disney hotels so it's not a problem you're going to escape.
