If you lock in on an oil pricing they tell you it won't go higher but if they are at a lower price you will get it. Never do, they lie. Always at the locked in price. I buy diesel for my truck and it is cheaper with the road tax then my locked in price. I watched all the oil prices come down but not mine. Do not lock in with them.
