Very unprofessional staff! They've called me 4 times in the last few days for payment and delivery confirmation for a power chair. I was told it would be 2 weeks before the chair would be available which was perfectly fine because I was leaving on vacation and could take delivery when I got back. The lady at the payment center was very nice and said to just call her when I got back from NY and they would place the order then and take payment because I was in no rush. Everyone from Rehab Medical was incredibly helpful, and the process moved so smoothly and quickly, that my chair arrived sooner than we expected. Luckily we had just purchased a ramp, and even though it wasn't installed yet, Larry, the technician who delivered the chair, was able to use some of the parts (along with his folding ramp) to get my chair onto our house. At first I was very pleased with the company but this replacement chair is a lemon and I have gotten the runaround about getting it fixed. I do understand that part of it laid on my old PCP not signing papers for parts. I just don't know why, if it's under warranty that she had to sign for parts. I have had this chair almost 8 months and it's been broke down for almost 6 of those months!
