This company has no business ethics whatsoever. It’s obvious they only want their money and care little about their customers. I received a new chair that took long enough to get here, when I received it I was impressed; for the two hours it worked. A week later a repair technician came out, said it needed a part. He took 3 days to order it and now 2.5 weeks later still no eta on their part. They act like I have nerve bothering them to ask. No electric wheelchair is given as a loaner, only manual wheelchairs.
