My experience with Rehab Mobility has been great. The rep that has delivered my motorized chair and bed (LaDarius) has been awesome each time he came out to my residence. LaDarius goes over and beyond. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you to all.
Placement of instructors was perfect. Both PT and OT specialists were very well trained, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great progress achieved for both me and my husband. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you ladies.
I am absolutely astounded by the level of incompetence by so many people in this company. I have never experienced anything like it in 46+ years. In an industry that should have unquestionable customer service, the clowns working for and operating Rehab medical are beyond the pale. It's shameful and embarrassing. My daughter's wheelchair has needed a simple repair for almost 3 months. It only needs 2 parts. To date, Rehab has made three trips to my house, and have not been able to fix it. It always amazes me how some industries who need to be the most attentive to the needs of their customers have some of the worst customer service. Rehab Medical has proven themselves to be among those companies. Customer service is despondent, to the point of being rude on the phone, Iinorant to their own policies and processes, and unwilling to show any sense of urgency in making repairs to the equipment they sell, even if they are being paid to! Every time I spoke with Katie I felt very comfortable with her, whether she was explaining the process or scheduling an appointment. Everything she said would happened, happened just as she said it would. Both men that came to the house, one to measure and one to deliver the chair were very pleasant and answered our questions patiently. Very pleased and we will be using them again!
