John was absolutely meant for this work, he was not only very knowledgeable but more importantly he was kind and showed the compassion needed in a job that can quickly forget these chairs are people’s lifelines. He took his time to locate the issues with my chair and worked hard to resolve them quickly and efficiently. By far the best experience I have had with a technician in the two years I’ve had the chair. Kudos to John!
My mother has been trying to get a new wheelchair through this company for months. She went to an evaluation and they filled out a form. They tried to talk her into getting an electric wheelchair but she decided against it. Everything was moving along smoothly until she decided to not get the electric wheelchair. Rehab Medical was super easy to work with. Once the initial consultation and insurance approval were completed the whole process moved very quickly. When our chair was first delivered the plates for the feet to rest on were manual. The technician noticed they were not supposed to be. Something we would have never noticed. He sent the chair back to have that corrected immediately, it was done very quickly. The same technician arranged to be the one to return the chair because he himself wanted to finish the training. John with Rehab is one of the most patient worker that I have ever seen. He's very outstanding he explains everything to u and demonstrate it's for u and he let's u know upfront when he's not able too do anything. And I'm very grateful for such a hard worker as he is nothing but the best
