Rehab Medical of St. Louis has provided me with excellent service from start to finish in obtaining my power chair. The staff has been Very courteous and knowledgeable. they took great care to assess my needs. I would highly recommend them.
The customer service is so poor. I'm waiting for parts to come in for my mom's chair, and I called today to see what was going on and taking so long. They told me there's no order for parts even ordered. Also, not in a big hurry to make this right
Complete joke of a company.. parts break and you are put on a list and forgot about . All they care about is the bill they send you. Avoid this scam of a company at all cost
