If there was a way to give negative stars I would. The brake cable on my sister's chair broke in end February. Today is June 6th. This is a brake system that the right hand control locks the brakes on both sides. I have waiting for Rehab Medical, who the chair was purchase from in 2021, to provide and install the correct cable for over THREE MONTHS. I'm done. I cannot even begin to tell you the level of incompetence this company has. Their customer service is AWFUL and they are nothing but liars. My husbands wheelchair has been out of commission for going on 4 MONTHS. First it was "waiting on a part from China" that went on for the first few months. then it was "part was delivered to you" ummm no it wasn't. I feel like they did a pretty good job, and would make a purchase from them again. They came to the house, took measurements of our doorways, my wife (she's the wheelchair user), and did a superb job of making sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed with Medicare, so we only had to pay out deductible and co-insurance. They delivered a good product, though it has had some issues over time - it's been about a year, and it's had a couple cosmetic issues and I've had to make some adjustments on several occasions.
Incredibly fast assistance. They led me through process leaving me with no confusion or feelings of being overwhelmed. It was a nice change from past experiences. Thank you
I just got my new Quantum Q6 edge 2.0 a couple weeks ago. This time it only took four appeals over a little more than 10 months but we got the insurance company to cover everything including ilevel. Then I find out they're only getting covered out of network and my insurance company is saying I owe over $7,000 for out of network copay!
