Encompass is the best rehab hospital I've been in. All of the staff, from office,food service,janitor,doctors,nurses,cna's,and rehab staff care about you and you and your recovery. You have intense rehab sessions designed to your needs. I came in not being able to lift one leg. I left walking with both feet. Thank you all . I

Can't say enough about the quality care my dad has received in getting him stronger after his stroke and subsequent relapses. Encompass Health is the only facility we would send him to knowing he gets the optimal care from an amazing staff who genuinely care for him! The facility is beautiful and has the latest state of the art equipment for rehabilitation. My dad also said he's had some of the best meals here too.

I not only got sent home without pain meds they also didn't give eliquis no script for either and then they tried to blame me saying why didn't you tell us before you got discharged and I did ask about eliquis and when I called they talked about price of eliquis what's that hot to do with anything if I need it I need it my home therapy said I'm the third patient she sees had the same problem I will say the PT and OT are GREAT

No bueno. Dr. Kahn had orders from Lee Health upon my sons admittance to provide a heart rate control medication and they did not give to my son any day of his stay. I have tried calling three time for an explanation for his cardiologist in Cleveland and Dr Kahn does not return calls. I even talked to the Director of Quality Control at Encompass and they promised they would get back to me. That was a month ago. As far as my sons stay, a bunch of good people but not consistent levels of care keeping his bed clean. Wound mana... read more
