From the beginning to my last day at Columbus Rehab I was absolutely impressed with the care I received. From the first day when the ambulance dropped me off, which I was bleeding. I had just had surgery for my temporary port for my hemo dialysis. When I arrived at the facility I was immediately tended to. I was cleaned up given clean clothes and settled in my room. This place was amazing. I felt like I was working with family and friends. They encouraged me every step of the way. My nurses and Dr's were great. Very clean If for any reason I ever have to do treatment again I would drive the 2 1/2 hrs to get the treatment from them again

I only gave it one star so that it would post. That’s giving them too much credit. I am writing this for my brother who was a patient there. Facility was clean. Physical therapist the two that I met were very kind sweet And patient oriented. Answered any questions I had about therapy. However, the nursing staff, Depending on who he had , some cared, some acting like they didn’t wanna be there. It’s very frustrating. OT and PT great! Especially Ethel and Emily! 🤗 Emily RN great!🤗😊 Penny, NAT, great!!😊🤗 Most of the staff good and helpful. Night shift to busy, appeared not enough staff. Especially the last several days of my admission. Food hit and miss, mostly miss!! I would be comfortable in the event of another admission. I was in pain, very anxious and Emily and Penny especially comforting and reassuring.

I had a wonderful experience here, from the food to the people. They even decorated the door for my birthday. There was a humming bird feeder outside my window that was so beautiful.
