We purchased our chair at Stone Barn Furnishings Inc. in Holmes County, Ohio. We worked with Irina, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the chairs. When our chair arrived, Andrew assembled it, as well as helped load it. We LOVE our "Hale" chair. Highly recommend shopping here for THE best service.

A couple of area the purchaser of this chair needs to be aware. 1) This is a fairly high seat, I'm 6' and have the seat height all the way down. 2) The lumbar support is only adjustable up and down. You can not get it to extend outward (in to your back) more than the factory setting. 3) Only the back of the chair tilts the seat always remains level. I can not seem to adjust the tilt tension. It says micro adjust but I don't feel any real difference.

Not crazy about paying in full upfront then waiting a month to get chair. The pillow that is supposed to be held on by a magnet is a joke. Doesn’t hold at all, just falls off. Really bad idea and design.
