My first perfect chair classic recliner was purchased on January 7, 2003 for $1305. I got the floor model.. I was having back trouble and the chair has worked wonders. But the years have taken away the lumbar, I replaced the recline lever twice and I replaced the head pillow once. All in all I am pleased. I was happy to get the new one in the same colors as the first. Tracey Holliday was very helpful in your store.
Tracy was great to work with. She knew all we asked, was pleasant, helpful, and honest. The shopping experience was a pleasure. We look forward to the delivery of our new recliners! (We stopped by a previous time. Leon was also pleasant and helpful, but he was working alone that day and helping another customer, and we did not have time to wait, so came back a different day. Tracy happened to be working during the second visit.)

Quick and clear answers from very energetic and pleasant Tracy. The chair I wanted was available at a reasonable price, and arrived at the store even sooner than I had been told to expect. Pick up was equally smooth, from a focused and knowledgeable young man who explained the chair, made sure I understood, and helped me get it into my car. I couldn't have wished for more from this store.

This was my first time visiting a Relax The Back store. I was immediately impressed by the customer service upon being welcomed in. They were busy with other customers but still made time to greet me, asking about how to help, and even encouraging me to test some massage chairs while waiting for them to wrap up with those other customers. I was met greeted with a smile and confidence. Expert listened to my request for what I needed in terms of comfort and what my special body needs were (scoliosis and IT band challenges). I was provided a number of options and plenty of time to sit and try out the chairs with a desk.
