My first perfect chair classic recliner was purchased on January 7, 2003 for $1305. I got the floor model.. I was having back trouble and the chair has worked wonders. But the years have taken away the lumbar, I replaced the recline lever twice and I replaced the head pillow once. All in all I am pleased. I was happy to get the new one in the same colors as the first. Tracey Holliday was very helpful in your store.
When we entered the store, we were greeted by Tracy. She was very helpful and informative. I wanted to purchase a pillow to help ease neck pain. After trying several, I chose my favorite. I have been using it for 5 nights now. and I am very pleased with the results. My neck is feeling much better. Tracy is very knowledgeable. I am sure I will return to purchase more items in the near futur

The representative was excellent. Tracey knew the products and let us choose what was best for us. Absolutely no sales pressure at all. She was prompt to rely to my email questions. I was happy they met the competitor’s price because I wanted her to have my business.
